Eligibility criteria for Exchange
Your old iPhone will get exchanged if it meets the criteria below
- Your old phone must be PTA approved iPhone 11 or higher
- iPhone should be in working condition and not repaired
- iPhone box with the same IMEI number of the iPhone
Getting ready for Exchange
Follow these below steps before you handover your iPhone for exchange process
Charge your Phone
Ensure your phone is sufficiently charged before the exchange process.
Backup data
Backup all important data to avoid losing any information during the exchange.
Remember Apple ID & password
Ensure you remember your Apple ID and password to turn off Find My Device.
Remove screen protector
Take off the screen protector to allow proper inspection of your device.
Remove back cover
Detach any back cover or casing for a clear device evaluation.
Remove sim/eSim
Remove your SIM card or ensure your eSIM is deactivated before handing over the device.
Ensure Counter Timings
Check the exchange counter timings in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Turn off Stolen Device Protection
Turn off Stolen Device Protection to save around an hour at the center.
